Scarf A - 1. Place scarf around your neck with one end hanging longer 2. Take longer end, wrap once around your neck and bring to the front 3. You can tie or tuck in the two ends for a fuller look. Scarf B - 1. Fold scarf in half around your neck to form a loop 2. Pop the two ends through the loop, loosen or tighten to suit.

PLAN Set a number of small goals that will help you achieve the main goal. Remember to take baby steps. COMMIT Make time and give your goal the financial and emotional commitment it needs. Share your dreams with a friend who will be able to support you on your journey. The more committed you are, the greater the chance of your success. VISUALISE Picture and feel yourself achieving the goal. Create a dream or vision board and leave it where you can see it every day. It is also fun to leave yourself positive post notes on your mirrors. Using these techniques will help you when your motivation is waning. Remember to have fun with this and enjoy the journey.
