Goals
Posted on August 19, 2011 by Meghan Bowker
With spring fast approaching it is a wonderful time to review our dreams and goals so that we can blossom into summer.
PLAN
Set a number of small goals that will help you achieve the main goal. Remember to take baby steps.
COMMIT
Make time and give your goal the financial and emotional commitment it needs. Share your dreams with a friend who
will be able to support you on your journey. The more committed you are, the greater the chance of your success.
VISUALISE
Picture and feel yourself achieving the goal. Create a dream or vision board and leave it where you can see it every day.
It is also fun to leave yourself positive post notes on your mirrors. Using these techniques will help you when your
motivation is waning.
Remember to have fun with this and enjoy the journey.
