All orders will be processed by the E-Boutique team, between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Repertoire aims to take one working day to process orders, four working days to courier the product to locations within the North Island and six days to locations within the South Island. We are not registered on line for International shipping. To make an enquiry about International Shipping please email us on email@example.com so that arrangements can be made. - RETURNS POLICY
30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
If, for any reason, within 30 days of receiving your purchase you are dissatisfied with the product you may return it in its original condition*. We will either replace the item or refund your purchase price using the original payment method. There will, however, be no refund given on courier costs incurred. However If a product arrives broken or damaged, please email us, with details, on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make the necessary arrangements to replace the item. If, in error, an incorrect item has been shipped, Repertoire will bear the cost of returning the product to our warehouse - please email or call our team on 07 574-1143.
- WHAT CAN BE RETURNED?
Repertoire will make every effort to exchange an item of clothing if the original garment is returned for another size. However it is not possible to guarantee that another size will be available. In the event that a replacement item is not available an alternate selection can be made or the original purchase price refunded. *All products must be in their original condition with packaging, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached. If you are exchanging because a product is damaged or incorrect we will bear the original courier costs, in all other cases courier costs will be for your account.
- PLEASE NOTE
We cannot accept returns purchased online through our retail stores and vice versa We cannot accept returns of reduced price or sale items. Please complete the Returns Form and return it to us together with the product. If you do not have the original Repertoire Returns Form please download a copy - click here for Repertoire Returns Form. Please use a prepaid & traceable postage method to return the product to us so that you can ensure it is safely returned to us.
What information do we collect?
When you create an account, we collect your name, telephone number, home address, email address and age. This enables us to keep you informed about competitions, VIP events, warehouse sales, special deals and more through our newsletter. When you purchase an item online we will ask for your delivery address and payment method details. Our site is built on a proven secure platform so all your details will be confidential. We will never share your private details with a third party.
- OUR NEWSLETTER
Our newsletter complies with privacy laws and is designed to keep you informed with all the exciting things happening at Repertoire. If you do not wish to be contacted we offer a range of ways in which you can unsubscribe. Each newsletter sent out contains a link to unsubscribe from the list. You may also remove yourself when logged in to your account. Our newsletter contains information about how to unsubscribe. Alternatively you could phone us on 07 574 1143.
How to Shop
- HOW TO SHOP
- Use the NEW ARRIVALS, CLOTHING, ACCESSORIES, GIFTING and SALES icons at the top of our website to browse our online store.
- When you find an item you wish to purchase, select your size and the colour you would like and click on the add to shopping bag button underneath each item. The item will only display if it is in stock in your colour and your size.
- This will add the item to your shopping bag and you can continue shopping.
- Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the Shopping bag icon at the top right of the page. You can use the remove link to delete items from your shopping bag that you may no longer want.
- Click on go to check out to complete your order.
