I saw a Repertoire garment I really liked in the store, but I can't see it online. What should I do?

You can email us on or call 0800 4 REPERTOIRE (73737) and we will let you know if it is available so we can arrange to get it to you.

Do you have a size guide?

Our Size Guide is included at the bottom of each product details page.

The colour I wanted is not available in the colour choices, but an image is displayed on the site. What should I do?

If the colour is not available in the choices, it is most probably out of stock. You can also email us on or call 0800 4 REPERTOIRE (73737) for more details.

Do I have to order online?

No, not necessarily. We have stores across New Zealand. Please check our Store Locator page to find the nearest Repertoire branch near you.

What if I purchase the wrong size?

For any reason you may need to return an item, please do so within fourteen days from date of purchase. Repertoire will exchange the item of clothing for another size as long as the other size is available. If you are exchanging an item because a product is damaged or not what you ordered we will bear the original courier costs. In all other cases courier costs will be for your account. I added the wrong garment. How do I delete it?

Do one of the following ways:
1. Drag your mouse on the "Shopping Bag" icon on the top left corner of the site. The items you have added show up. Click the 'X' next to the item you want to remove to delete it.
2. Click on the "Shopping Bag" icon on the top left corner of the site. The items you have added will be listed on the page. Click the 'Remove' link at the right side of the item to delete it.

How can I be sure that my order went through?

You will receive a confirmation email usually within minutes of placing your order. If you do not receive a confirmation, check your junk mail. If there is still no confirmation, email or call 0800 4 REPERTOIRE (73737), supplying us with your order number and contact number and we will assist you.

Can you ship to a P.O. Box?

Yes, we ship all NZ based orders via CourierPost. Sorry, we can only ship to physical addresses for international orders.

Where should I get my order shipped to?

Our courier (CourierPost) normally delivers between standard business hours. so getting it delivered to your work or an address where someone will be home is usually the easiest.

Where do you deliver to?

Shipping is free New Zealand wide. We offer international shipping - charges will be applied. Please see our 'Shipping Information' for more details.

Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, you can have your order delivered to another address.

What if my package is not delivered?

If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery time outlined, please check your order confirmation email for the shipping track and trace details. If you need help with this, you can email us on or call 0800 4 REPERTOIRE (73737) and we will track the package for you.

How do I know when my order has been shipped?

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email shipping confirmation and provide you with a tracking number and a link to a site where you can track your package yourself, if you wish.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay by Visa, MasterCard or internet banking. It is essential that the cardholder places the order. If these payment options do not suit, please email us at or call 0800 4 REPERTOIRE (73737) and we'll try our best to assist you.

What currency will my purchase be in?

Everything sold on the Repertoire website is in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$).

Can I use my store rewards dollars towards a purchase?

Yes you can. If you have an existing loyalty account with us, please sign-up to our site using the email you supplied when joining our database in store. If you are not sure what this is, or want to change to a new email address, please email or call 0800 4 REPERTOIRE (73737) and we will help you with this.

How do I use a coupon code?

Once you've reached the Checkout/Shopping Bag section, enter your coupon code into the 'Enter your coupon code if you have one.' box, and click 'Activate'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied. Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order.

What should I do if I`ve forgotten to use my promotional code?

Unfortunately, we are unable to manually enter discounts after the order has been completed.
