Returns and Exchanges


RETURNS (full priced items)


Thank you for shopping with us. We sincerely hope that your purchase with us today becomes a beloved item.

Accordingly, if you are unhappy with an item for any reason, you may return it within fourteen days from the date of purchase and we will refund your money, providing it is in its original, unworn condition with swing tags attached and with our original receipt.

If an item is returned after fourteen days but within a month from date of purchase, in its original, unworn condition with swing tags attached, we will issue you a credit note. Items returned after one month from date of purchase, or in a condition that is not deemed its original state, will be considered on a case by case basis from Repertoire’s head office.

If you are unhappy with the quality of an item, please return it to us. All returned items are sent to head office for analysis and if we are found to be at fault we will refund, credit or replace the item according to the terms of the Consumer Guarantees Act. In order to maintain a high standard, all returns are carried out at head office.


SALE ITEMS

While our sale items are store new, some may have imperfections. Please make your selections carefully as we cannot refund sale items. Returned sale items can only be exchanged for another size or for a credit note. Sale items do not accrue loyalty points. Sale items must be returned within fourteen days from the date of purchase.


HOW TO RETURN

Items purchased in store may be returned to any Repertoire store. If you purchased online, please email web@repertoire.co.nz and we’ll organize a return for you. All returns must be accompanied by our original receipt. If you do not have the receipt then please contact us on web@repertoire.co.nz or call 0800 4 REPERTOIRE (73737).
