Not sure if you will love every item you order? That’s OK. We give you 14 days to make your final decision. If you decide the item’s not for you, and you bought it in store, then please take it back to the store from which it was purchased.

If you bought online within 14 days of purchase, then email us on or call on 0800 4 REPERTOIRE (0800 4 73737) and we’ll arrange ‘track and trace’ collection using our preferred courier company (please let us know when and where the parcel can be collected from). Then simply pack up your return (in its original unworn condition with swing tags attached) and address it to us at 5 Hocking St, Mount Maunganui 3116. Complete the short returns form and put the parcel in the agreed safe place for collection at the designated date and time.On receipt of your return, we’ll refund 100% of the item price (if it’s a full priced item) or exchange it/provide a credit (on sale items).

If you change your mind after 14 days, but before a month has passed from your purchase date, then you can still return the item to us (in its original unworn condition with swing tags attached), and we will issue you a credit note. All other return situations will be considered on a case by case basis by our Head Office team. Please email us on to start the conversation.

Of course, if you are unhappy about the quality of an item, please return it to us for analysis. Please return it to store, or if purchased online, please send it to Repertoire, 5 Hocking Street, Mount Maunganui 3116, or email or call us and we can arrange collection. If we are found to be at fault, we will refund, credit or replace the item according to the Consumer Guarantees Act.


While our sale items are store new, some may have imperfections. Please make your selections carefully as we cannot refund sale items. Returned sale items can only be exchanged for another size or for a credit note. Sale items do not accrue loyalty points.
