- Items purchased on promotion do not accrue loyalty points

- Items purchased on promotion must be returned within fourteen days from the date of purchase and may be refunded or exchanged at the customer’s preference. Items received after 14 days but within 1 month of purchase can only be returned for an exchange or credit note.
- Promotionally discounted items which are returned will be credited to the value paid (less $50 per item)
- The promotion discount cannot be applied to an alternative item that is not part of the Suiting range
- If a particular item needs to be ordered into store, the purchase must be paid in full within the promotion period in order to be eligible for the promotion pricing
- Repertoire NZ reserves the right to remove, add or amend any promotion pricing at any time
- Items are offered on promotion for a limited time only and only while stocks last
- Promotion terms are not available on in-store layby instalment sales

- The sale must be at least $349 before the promo code is applied
- The promo code only applies once per transaction, for a maximum discounted value of $100
- The promo code is valid once only per customer during the promotion period, in-store or online

- The $349 minimum spend may be made up of multiple pieces or one item valued at $349 or more

What is Click & Collect? Click & Collect is a complimentary service which allows you to collect your online, or store, order from your preferred Repertoire store. Once your item/s are confirmed (via email and/or store contact) as ready for pick-up, the collection time is at your convenience. Time frames
- If your ordered item/s are in-stock in your selected collection store, in most cases your order will be available to collect on the same, or the next, business day.
- For items that must be sourced from another branch, please allow an additional 1-2 business days.
- For outlet items, please allow 5-10 business days.
- You’ll receive an email and/or an SMS when your items are ready to pick-up. Store hours can be found here.
- When collecting your order, please show the stylist a copy of your order (on your phone or printed) along with Photo ID
- If your order is not collected after 30 days and our team are unable to contact you, your order may be cancelled and refunded.
- You are welcome to try on your order in-store when you arrive to collect it. If you wish to exchange or return the item/s, this can be transacted in-store.
- Click and Collect orders are bound by our standard returns policy.
- If item/s within your click and collect order are eligible to receive loyalty points, these are processed on the day you collect your order which would result in them being available to redeem the following day.
Sales/orders placed over the phone with a Repertoire store or Repertoire’s head office are subject to the below conditions designed to minimise the risk of fraud. This is in place to protect both customers and the company.
- Delivery must be to an NZ address
- Delivery to PO boxes is not permitted
- Delivery will be sent via a signature-required courier only
- Phone orders must not exceed a maximum of $500.00 in value
- Full contact details including name, physical address, email and phone number must be provided
- Repertoire NZ reserves the right to decline the acceptance of phone orders at their discretion.
- Repertoire NZ reserve the right to cancel (and refund) phone orders after the order has been transacted (and before goods have been sent) at their discretion
- Items that are returned (and are eligible for a refund) will only be refunded back to the same payment form as the original purchase.
- Seasonal sale prices will be depicted showing the already-discounted price on our website and in-store signage
- Seasonal sale items do not accrue loyalty points when purchased at their discounted price
- Seasonal sale items must be returned within fourteen days from receipt of purchase and can only be exchanged for another item or a credit note. Refunds are not issued for seasonal sale items
- Any item returned will be credited at the discounted amount and the discount cannot be applied to an alternative item that is not currently on seasonal sale
- If a particular size/colour needs to be ordered into store, the item/s must be paid in full within the sale period in order to be eligible for the sale pricing
- Seasonal sale pricing is not available in conjunction with any other promotion
- Excludes purchases of Repertoire gift vouchers and event tickets
- In some cases, only particular colours within a style will be on seasonal sale
- Repertoire NZ reserves the right to remove, add or amend any seasonal sale pricing at any time
- Items are offered on sale for a limited time only and only while stocks last
- Not available on in-store layby instalment sales
- Discount cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders, purchases or laybys.
- Repertoire issued Credit notes may be redeemed either online or in store
- Repertoire Credit notes are valid for redemption for 18 months from the date of issue. Any unspent value cannot be used or redeemed after the date of expiry
- Credit notes are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given
- Credit notes can be redeemed in whole or for part of a payment. Unredeemed values will remain on the credit note
- Credit notes can be used in conjunction with another form of payment, such as a credit card, to make up the full value of the purchase
- Items returned that were purchased with a Credit note will have the item’s value issued to another Credit note.
- Credit notes should be treated as cash and Repertoire is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Credit notes
- Repertoire reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of Credit notes at any time and to take appropriate actions, including the cancellation of a Credit note if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary

- Repertoire Gift cards (digital or physical cards) are valid for redemption for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unspent value cannot be used or redeemed after the date of expiry
- Gift cards may be redeemed either online or in store
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given
- Gift cards can be redeemed in whole or for part of a payment. Unredeemed values will remain on the gift card
- Gift cards can be used in conjunction with another form of payment, such as a credit card, to make up the full value of the purchase
- Items returned that were purchased with a gift card will have the item’s value credited back to the gift card. This does not reset the expiry period
- Gift cards should be treated as cash and Repertoire is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards
- GST will not apply to the sale of Gift cards
- Repertoire reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of Gift cards at any time and to take appropriate actions, including the cancellation of a Gift card if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary

- Redeemable online and in-store for customers who have received a birthday email*
- Valid during one month only, as per the dates on the email
- Discount will be honoured for all sales during the month of your birthday and applied to all purchases of full priced fashion garments
