No Risk Returns
Not sure if you’ll love every item you order? That’s OK. We give you 14 days to make your final decision.
If you purchased in-store please take it back to any of our stores. If you bought online, email us on email@example.com and we’ll arrange a complimentary courier collection via CourierPost. Sorry, we cannot offer courtesy courier pick ups for sale/discounted items, footwear or international purchases.
If you change your mind after 14 days of receipt but within 4 weeks, then you can still return the item to us (in its original unworn condition with swing tags attached), and we will issue you with store credit.
All other return situations will be considered on a case by case basis by our Head Office team. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to start the conversation.
